Join Katy’s Fitness for a women only, full body, toning and fat burn workout that will both strengthen and challenge you. Get together with other women to get in shape, get fit and have fun in our warm, welcoming fitness family. Located in St Richard’s school hall. Classes are on a Tuesday evening from 7.30pm. This block of sessions will cover October’s classes. Sign up to classes is on a month-by-month basis.

The workouts will feature both cardio and strength work and will be both challenging and fun. Strengthen your core, develop cardio fitness, build power and strength in your arms and legs.

Prices are £12 Pay-As-You-Go or £8 per session if you sign up for the month during the early bird discount window that runs each month, after that it will be £10 per week if you book a monthly block of classes.

You will need to bring a yoga mat, picnic blanket or a towel to put down on the floor to exercise upon.

Located in St Richard’s school hall, entrance is on Ashburnham Road, opposite the Tesco Carpark in Ham. There is free parking in the church carpark and in the Tesco carpark. There is also ample free parking on surrounding streets.
