Join Katy’s Fitness for a women only, full body, toning and fat burn workout that will both strengthen and challenge you. Get together with other women to get in shape, get fit and have fun in a safe, socially distanced manner. Located in St Richard’s school playground/playing field, Ham. This block of sessions will cover June’s classes starting on the 7th of June and running on the 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th, 21st, 23rd, 28th and 30th. Sign up to classes is on a month by month bases.

The workouts will feature both cardio and strength work and will be both challenging and fun whilst remaining fully covid secure. Strengthen your core, develop cardio fitness, build power and strength in your arms and legs.

You will need to bring a yoga mat, picnic blanket or a towel to put down on the ground to exercise upon. Please note that in wet weather we will be in the school hall.

Located in St Richard’s school playground, entrance on Ashburnham Road. Wait in front of the big, green double gates by the Children’s Centre and I will come and let you in. There is free parking both in the church carpark and in the Tesco carpark opposite St Richard’s church. There is also ample free parking on surrounding streets.
