Join Katy’s Fitness for Mama Makers, postnatal exercise classes in Kingston.
Join us on a Monday mornings 11am in St Paul’s Church, near Kingston Gate of Richmond Park and Thursday morning 11am, in Canbury Gardens (on wet Thursdays we meet in the Band Stand in Canbury Gardens). Babies and small children welcomed at these toning and fat burn workouts that will both strengthen and challenge you. Classes are specifically tailored to the needs of your postnatal bodies and will help you regain your prenatal body. Get together with other mums and their little ones to burn off those extra pregnancy kgs, get fit and have fun in a safe, socially distanced manner. This block of sessions just cover June’s classes, sign up is on a month by month bases. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO CLASSES on the Jubilee Bank Holiday Thursday (2nd June).

You will need to bring a yoga mat, picnic blanket or a towel to exercise upon, as well as toys and snacks for your baby.
Please note: you MUST HAVE have been cleared for exercise in your 8 week GP check before joining. This block of sessions just covers June’s classes, you will need to rebook on a month by month basis. Classes in June that this block of sessions covers are the 6th June, 9th June, 13th June, 16th June, 20th June, 23rd June, 27th and 30th.
On Monday Mornings 11am we are located in St Paul’s Church, Kingston Hill. There is metered parking on Alexandra and Queens Road and limited free parking in the carpark inside Kingston gate of Richmond Park.
Then on a Thursday morning, we are located in Canbury Gardens there is more than ample metered parking on the surrounding streets.
